When Jacobs Engineering was hired to take on the highly complex Tuas Water Reclamation Plant project, they knew they needed a dependable safety management solution.

To do this, Jacobs Engineering partnered with Hubble and employed their Hubble Safety Management System. This custom-made Data and Safety Monitoring Plan (DSMP) digitalised the entire safety management process. Thanks to Hubble's software, Jacobs Engineering was able to process over 180,000 Permit-to-Work (PTW) requests within a period of 29 months.

Our ePTW system has had a significant positive impact on the onsite workforce. According to our survey, over 85% of employees have gained over 50% efficiency in processing ePTW applications. This translates to a monthly time savings of 21 man-hours per contractor and a total yearly savings of over S$120,000.

The built-in editor tool that allows users to easily self-customise their forms without any delay or extra cost has been widely recognised and endorsed by over 90% of respondents. This tool is considered the best user feature for its ease of use.
