Track and Report the ART/RRT and Vaccination Status of Your Worksite Visitors on Hubble

On August 16, The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) released new guidelines for project managers to check the vaccination status of worksite visitors before permitting them to enter. In addition, unvaccinated visitors need to wear a unique visual identifier at all times while at the worksite and ensure they are accompanied by a worksite SMO/SDO while present at the worksite to ensure compliance with Safe Management Measures (SMM).

Without a digital construction platform to manage this additional administrative work of tracking and reporting the ART/RRT and vaccination status of your visitors, this will create additional complexity in SMM measures. Fear not, Hubble’s got you covered.

We just released a new update on Hubble helping you to easily check and monitor the vaccination, Antigen Rapid Test (ART) and swab test status of your worksite visitors. This information will also be reflected and compiled in your Personnel Entering Site Report for Visitors, ensuring you stay compliant with BCA’s requirements.

  • Track the latest ART and Vaccination date of your visitors on one platform: Eliminate scattered paperwork and unnecessary administrative work with Hubble’s Visitor Management module  full clarity on your visitor’s ART/RRT and vaccination status. Speed up the visitor check-in process and digitise your database for swift contact tracing.
  • Prevent accidental Safe Management Measures violations:  With ART and Vaccination statuses of your visitors clearly shown in the Hubble system, you can ensure you have a SMO/SDO supervising unvaccinated persons at all times, identify unvaccinated visitors clearly and ensure full compliance with worksite SMM measures.
  • Integrated with your BCA Personnel Entering Site Report for Visitors for easy compliance and submission. ART/RRT and Vaccination status information are automatically compiled from Hubble to save you time and minimise human errors.

All these new functionalities is available as part of our Hubble One system, our one-stop service to help construction firms and contractors comply with BCA’s COVID-Safe Restart Criteria. We also automate all compliance reporting to ensure full compliance and uninterrupted work on your site. See the new check-in process in action on our mobile app below:
