What is the difference between the Document List and the Approved Documents?

The Document List is maintained by the Project Manager and is a list of all documents that needs to be approved for over the course of construction. Other team members will upload files corresponding to these list items in the Folders and attach them to RFA for approval. The Approved Documents are a repository of all documents approved through the RFA process, hence users can safely use the documents for construction.
