With a targeted opening in 2024, Woh Hup is committed to maintaining safety protocols, managing workforce challenges, and ensuring the highest construction standards. 

To optimise productivity and streamline workforce management, Woh Hup has implemented the Hubble Workforce Management System at Tanjong Katong MRT station. This system leverages advanced data analytics and automation to enhance project planning, resource allocation, and communication among team members. The Hubble Workforce Management System has empowered project managers to make informed decisions, monitor progress, and allocate resources efficiently, resulting in improved project timelines and cost-effectiveness. To date, the system has effectively managed 2,100 workers and 59 contractors. 

Other than focusing on workforce management, Woh Hup used the Hubble Safety Management System to act as a proactive tool that empowers project teams to address safety concerns effectively. This comprehensive system leverages on data analytics and real-time monitoring to identify potential hazards, track safety compliance, and facilitate prompt intervention when necessary. To date, the system has successfully conducted 6,770 toolbox meetings and 1,360 safety inspections and facilitated 14,100 Permit-to-Work.
